Method
1.
For the "Torrija": Pour the hot milk with the sugar melted in a shallow plate on top of the old bread and let it soak for about 1 hour.

Coat the soaked bread with the beaten egg and fry in vegetable oil till they are golden brown. Dry well and sprinkle with powdered cinnamon and sugar.

In a bowl, soak the raisins in rum for 1 hour.

Apart in a Martini glass, place the "Torrija" on the bottom, two scoops of vanilla ice cream on top and the raisins around, add the glass of Pedro Ximenez Wine and sprinkle the caramelized walnuts on top.
